ABOUT STREAMOLOGY

Streamology was born from the desire to combine research with consulting and a passion for the environment, driving the desire to go beyond a ‘task’ and ensure our research and consulting leads to the best outcome for the client and our healthy river and water systems of the future.

Streamology draws upon strong and tangible academic ties to deliver innovative and strategic solutions to water, waterway, wetland and landscape management. Streamology is considered an industry leader in the integration of current knowledge to pragmatic approaches and solutions that make a difference to the way we manage our water and waterways, estuaries and coasts. We develop methods, frameworks, monitoring programs, designs and strategies, and apply them to projects throughout Australia for both urban and rural settings.

Our team, led by Dr Christine Lauchlan Arrowsmith and Greg Peters with combined expertise is hydrology, hydraulics, geomorphology and aquatic and riparian ecosystem management thrive on developing the knowledge and application of waterway science. Streamology's growing staff and associates are passionate about the environment. So much so that, everyday, we aim to get out and experience it. All team members share a passion for and understanding of the natural environment.
